i've been amazed since i started hanging around court st. (for work) that My Little Pizzeria gets so many props. i mean, it's good, but, it's not great. here's some others to add to your search:

Johnny's Pizzeria (59th and 5th ave, sunset park, bk) - this place was one of the best things about living in sunset park.

Muzzarella - Ave. A by 14th st.

and, of course, Grimaldi's - 19 Old Fulton St., bk - which, in my opinion, lives up to all of the hype piled upon it.
